CATM Script - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hi everyone. I won a CATM script from ebay and I just got an email from the seller. I'm going to copy it here so you can read it:

yes please add the insurance and i will take care of it. as i mentioned in the auction text i got this from the estate of jack albertson "the Man". he lived in hollywood hills in a house that had a long climb up the stairs just to get to the front door. his wife who is close to 80 needed to move to an elavotor building so she was selling some of his scripts. besides chico and the man i got some very interesting ones including a working script for willy wonka and the chocalate factory. that one is most memorable to me as i watched several times with my children.

i didn't realize it but jack albertson won an oscar, a tony and and emmy.

How cool is that?! I saw a picture of Jack's house on a website one time and it really did have a long stairway up to the front door. I guess this really is a CATM script, and it was Jack's! I'll let you know when I get it (It's called: "A Manuel Comes to Dinner", from June 1974). Take Care.

Wonderful for you. I saw that up for sale. I am glad a fan got it.

I would love to have that Willy Wonka script. I know your seller is probably going to hang on to that one. That is one of my favorite movies too!

I am a HUGE Gene Wilder fan!
