We have NO Best Buy here, and I buy TV DVD's like crazy. Target is often sold out of the DVD's that I want to buy, so I have to shop @ Suncoast as a last resort. Now, don't get me wrong or anything, I like Suncoast because of their amazing selection, but really. I'm getting sick of the fact they're so expensive. I have a FYE as well (in the same mall Suncoast is in, to boot), but I've heard their DVDs are also expensive.
I'm getting EXTREMELY frustrated w/ all of this! I'm seriously thinking about shopping for my DVD's online, because I just cannot deal w/ the prices anymore. I KNOW I can shop on Half.com and Amazon.com for my DVD's...but I've heard about a better site, deepdiscountdvd.com. The BEST thing about them is they offer FREE shipping and handling on ALL the DVD's there. And the DVD's are often 15-25% off or even more...Sweeeeeeeet. I just want to know, has anybody here had any experience w/ them? I'm considering DDD.com to do my shopping on...Soooo...

I haven't yet used deep discount dvd, but I'm on a couple of dvd forums and other members have nothing but positive things to say about their service. Everything I've read from other members, there's been no complaints. If I don't get my tv-dvds from Target, I usually order online from amazon. They also have free shipping by the way, and the wait isn't that bad. I ordered the first two seasons of "24" last year with the free shipping option, expecting it to take longer, but I received the order just a few days after I placed it.
I guess my situation is good though, living in NY and working near a shopping mall, I have easy access to Target, Walmart, Circuit City, FYE and Suncoast near my job, so if one place doesn't have it, I can always try someplace else, though FYE and Suncoast are last resorts because of their prices. |

I use Deep Discount all the time! I usually pay for shipping so I can get it faster.

I never heard of it, but it sounds like a good deal. Maybe you should just start with a small order and see how it goes. No shipping and handling is great.
Nice avatar Allison.

![]() I guess I'll go with DDD, then. I'll try ordering The Simpsons S1 DVD off there...that's the cheapest so far. $21, can't beat that. Thanks.
