My thoughts on your list:

Bonanza: Hell no! Just no! Years on PAX, years (one year so far) on Hallmark, and I'm sick of it on TVLand already. Time for Ben and the boys to pack and leave. I will get irritated by it if it is still around in 2008.

Dallas: By all means, yes! I'm TOTALLY biased, but I dont care! Southfork beats Ponderosa by a mile! Ewings are better than Cartwrights, imo!

Marcus Welby MD: I enjoy it on my local indie station, and would love it more on TVLand! Welcome addition!

AITF: No. Well, if it left like in 2005, and came back in 2008 or 2009, I wouldnt have a prob, but if its own non-stop from now to 2010 and beyond, I'd be annoyed.

TDTS: Definatly. They should air 1953-1957 show seperately from the 1957-1964 show, though, and with their original titles. "Make Room for Daddy" (53-57) can air once a day, whereas the longer-running TDTS can air in twice as nice.

ILL: If they dropped it today and aired "The Lucy Show" in its place, then dropped TLS in 2009, brining ILL back in 2010, I wouldn't have a problem, but like AITF, if its on non-stop from now until then, it'd be really messed up.

TC & L&S: TC should leave like late this year, and then they should try harder to get it into syndication. They can bring it back in 2007/2008ish and it can be fresh. Same with L&S, but it should run at least two more years on Lifetime before having a year-long hiatus then a move to TVLand.

Roseanne: I looooove Rosie, but would prefer her on another channel. I do believe it'd be old enough, but it would be still good on Oxygen and NAN, and locals still carry it most cities.

MSW: Possibly. I loooove MSW, but it has been on A&E a long time, and is now on The Biography Channel in addition to that. Take it off both channels and bring it to TVLand in 2010.

S&S: Same as AITF.

M3S: Would love it back on TVLand, the whole 1960-1972 run. They can bring it back this fall, and I'd be amped for it!

TBH: Leave it at Hallmark/WGN (is it still on WGN) for another 6 months, and have it come back to either Hallmark or TVLand in 2008.

MASH: NO! NO!!!! NO!!! FX for YEARS and YEARS and YEARS!!! Overplayed on there, actually! And now it is overplayed on Hallmark, and is still on locals. Cut it off completely for 10 straight years.

MTM: I say bring it back to mainstream TVLand in two more years.

TCS: Ha! No comment, thank you.

Dallas? Nah leave it on Soapnet, they would treat it alot better than TVLAND would.

Bonanza, from what I've seen it's already overplayed it needs a rest.

Marcus Welby, M.D. Never seen it no comment

All in the Family needs a rest for about 5 years

The Danny Thomas Show never seen it, again no comment

I Love Lucy needs a rest, been overplayed

Three's Company soon to be overplayed, will need some sort of hiatus

Laverne & Shirley possibly

Roseanne this really doesn't seem like TVLAND type of show, its like Murphy Brown, I could never see it on tvland.

Murder, She Wrote Great choice if Tvland added it.

Sanford and Son Great addition to tvland

My Three Sons great addition

The Beverly Hillbillies love the show, but it does need a bit of rest

M*A*S*H way overplayed needs a hiatus

The Mary Tyler Moore Show def. needs to be on Tvland

The Cosby Show please someone put this show out to pasture for about 10 years, I am soooooooo sick of this show, and the name Cosby

Whos The Boss?, Full House, and The Facts of Life should all be on TV Land by at LEAST 2014.

I disagree. By 2014, there will be lots and lots of shows considered "classics" and I do believe that those shows will be considered that by then (I actually call WTB? and FOL classics now), but when that time comes around, it's going to be hard for TVLand to form some kind of balance of pre-1985 shows and post-1985 shows. I think by 2014, if they are a strong enough network, they should spin-off a channel for the post-1985 shows. Shows that premiered before 1985, but ran into the late 80s or early 90s can be on TVLand, but shows that came around after 1985 can be on the new channel. That way, TVLand can keep its original premise, NAN can keep its current premise, and the new channel can start airing the shows that will be coming and leaving NAN from now until 2014. And as time goes on and on into the 2020s and 2030s, more and more channels can be added, to maybe a point where there are channels for specific decades or genres.

Well, they are already airing 80s shows (Cheers, Family Ties, ect) and Cheers was partly in the 90s I think, so Full House should be on after it expires with Nick@Nite, same thing with Whos The Boss?, The Cosby Show, Wings, and Roseanne. FOL, however, should be joining TV Land's lineup soon, hopefully.

Yeah. By 2007, some shows can start moving over from NAN to TVLand, such as WTB? and FH. Wings has can wait a little longer, since it ended two seasons later than FH.

Actually, it's only been about a year and a half, but either way, it does deserve to be somewhere. TVLand would be perfect. ABC Family would be even better if they were into slightly older shows.

When Friends ends up on TV Land, I think I'll give up my satellite dish and watch nothing but DVDs and maybe the occassional national network show. TV will be in a sad state. Sadder than it already is.
