much like BrooklynGuy devotes every week to a classic Motown artist, I'm going to devote each week to a female entertainer, whether singer or actress.

This week, to commemorate the release of THE VERY BEST OF CHER DVD video collection, the DOTW will be Cher.

What do you think about her? what songs do you like best from her? Any particular Cher memories you with to "cher" with us? Do you like her better now or when she was with Sonny?

Cher. She's great. I saw her on her Farewell Tour in 2002. Amazing. My favorite song would hafta be 'If I Could Turn Back Time'.

I love Cher. Even though I like her new music, I prefer the 80's Cher. I also saw her on the Farewell Tour and she is beyond awesome!
