I will have to say it was Good Times although Rhoda was good and That's My Mama was watchable. Happy Daysv was not good to me in 1974 so i will go with Good Times.

I choose Happy Days cause it's the only sitcom I've seen that debuted in 1974.

Of all genres, I say "Little House on the Prairie," which debut on September 11, 1974.
Of sitcoms only, I guess "Rhoda." I hate "Happy Days," and I've only seen so few episodes of "Chico and the Man" to really say I love it. And well...."Good Times" is "Good Times" so that it explains itself... |

Let's see what happened in 1974:
In 1974, Happy Days may not have had the Fonz come full swing, but he got better by the 3rd season--and a live audience. Meantime, Rhoda got off to a hot start--including the Wedding at its peak. The show did cool off once Joe and Rhoda split up, though--in my view, anyway. |

Happy Days- They should have stuck to the original format.
