It is the same one they used for Cliff's parent's house on The Cosby Show, except they changed the stairs from going up to the second floor to going down to the basement and, instead of going to the kitchen, the doorway goes to the bedrooms.

also did you know before roseanne aired the polit the set Reversed the living room was to the right and the k-room was to the lift
