For all of you that can get Three's Company on Wb11..last night they played "Up in Air" and i was delighted to see that the dance scene was not cut...i hate N&N and TV Land for editing it out. It was so funny... Now i know waht tey were talking about when they said it was the funniest episode ever made!

OMG!!! YESSSSS!!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE INFO! I STAYED UP UNTIL LIKE 1:30 LAST NIGHT TO SEE IT , BUT THEN I DECIDED TO TAPE IT

AND I WAS WONDERING IF THEY WOULD SHOW THE WHOLE DANCE SCENE AND I GUESS THEY DID! THANKS!

I've never seen it edited out in regular syndication. I really don't know why TV Land and N@N do that.

I wish I could see it. I'll probably have to wait until season 6 comes out on DVD to see the whole dance scene

I'll be waiting awhile.

I also saw it last night and recorded it on DVD-R. Channel 11's versions are a million times better than Nick@Night/TV Land's not only for the editing, but also they're also not as annoying with their TV Logo at the bottom of the screen. They dont use it all the time and they also dont try to promote other shows DURING the actual show that you're watching.

As far as the editing goes, Channel 11 seems to include all of the footage that I remember in 80's reruns.

The TV Land/Nick@Night versions are unwatchable.

i think its a shame that they always edit the dancing scene in my opinion the funniest episode ever of three's comp.

It was a very funny scene, but John is lucky that he didn't have to get rushed to the emergency room after knocking himself out cold after climbing on the chair and falling over.

Um..I think you're referring to "A Night Not To Remember". That was the episode where John knocked himself out for a while.

Yeah, he was sitting at this booth-drunk and with a cold-and he slid under the table and hit his head in "A Night Not To Remember".

it comes down to money. squeeze in more commercials that's what you get. i don't watch tv land really other than 3's company. does anyone notice tv land editting or should i say " shortening " any other shows???????

Correction, I believe that it was 'Up In The Air'. If you read 'Come And Knock On Our Door' I believe that they do mention what episode it was. I remember them saying that John was doing his dance routine, and he fell, and John even said himself, that the audiance thought it was part of the show when he knocked himself out. In 'A Night Not To Remember' when he slipped under the table, he barely hit his head under the table, so with that said, how could he have possibly knocked himself out? Also, if you ever watch the E! Where in the book does it say that? Because I was reading it today and I got to the part where they were talking about UITA and they didn't say anything about hitting his head in that episode.
