You mean there are actually episodes where no one's gettin' busy?

If it's a favorite show of mine, I can't really think of a reason I wouldn't watch a particular episode. I could only go by what I'd least like to see, so the closest I'd come is: any episode of Three's Company with Priscilla Barnes.

Roseanne:

Abour 75% of the last season episodes, especially the ones where Roseanne and Jackie are getting spa treatments. Gag me.

I'll come up with some more later.

M*A*S*H : Hawkeye
The title of that episode speaks for itself. It's ALL about Hawkeye. Now don't get me wrong, I like Hawkeye and his rants, when they are just a bit PART of the episode, but this episode is a whole half-hour of him ranting, and it is a bit much and a bit self-indulgent.
This is the episode where he crashes his jeep and gets a concussion so he tries to keep himself awake by babbling for the whole half-hour to a Korean family that has taken him in. Luckily for them they couldn't understand English but even so they seemed kind of annoyed with him, as I was.
When this ep comes on, as it did last night, I just say "oh no" and turn the channel.

there are some season 7 (final season) episodes of Buffy I saw once and don't plan on ever watching again.

Also, there's a few episodes on South Park season 3 that I never watch on DVD because I hated them

DAMN James, that's a lot of episodes for you not wanting to watched -- especially seeing they're your favorite shows.

by the way, what does....

It means that he is so prudish he considers Playboy to be a naughty word. That's the only reason he refuses to watch that episode, because of Playboy references. Sex frightens him.

In my opinion it's a naughty word if it refers to the magazine, like was done in that episode. Once I saw the Playboy building it was Remote Control City! I changed the channel!

Re "Sex frightens him.": Specifically I am alarmed by shows--and magazine publications, for that matter--with excessive sexual content like Coupling.

But come on, that episode of L&S had little to do with the magazine. It was about the restaurants that Playboy has. They weren't whorehouses...

I don't like shows with excessive sexual frankness, personality. Double entendres are funny imo, but coming out and saying actual words, and expecting laughs from it is not...
