The 2 they named were pretty obvious i'd say, but I'd guess: - Starsky and Hutch's Gran Torino - Knight Rider's Kitt - the Monkee's Monkeemobile - Fonzie's motorcycle - the Munster's car (whatever it was) - the Beverly Hillbilly's old jalopy - the Brady Bunch station wagon - the Partridge family bus - Fred Flinstone's prehistoric car - Al Bundy's Dodge - Alex Riga's cab on Taxi (honorable mentions to Mork & Mindy's Jeep, BJ and the Bear's 18-wheeler, That 70's Show's Vista Cruiser wagon, and The Roper's 1958 Chevy ) |

TV LAND CHRONICLES A DAY IN THE LIFE OF DICK VAN PATTEN WHEN NETWORK PRESENTS
LIVING IN TV LAND: DICK VAN PATTEN Tim Conway, Jack Klugman, Alan Thicke, Bernie Koppell and Others Featured in Original Special on Wednesday, August 18 Santa Monica, CA, July 19, 2004 - TV Land continues to roll out its slate of originals this summer and invites viewers to spend a day in the life with one of television's most recognizable stars when it premieres Living in TV Land: Dick Van Patten on Wednesday, August 18 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Living in TV Land follows Classic TV stars away from the sound stages and studios, outside the roles that made them famous and in the roles of their daily lives when they are not acting. This initial installment of "Living in TV Land" centers around veteran actor, Dick Van Patten, as he goes to the racetrack with long-time friends Jack Klugman and Tim Conway, spends the day playing tennis with Alan Thicke and Bernie Koppell and attends a Classic TV poker tournament with instantly recognizable TV stars including Barry Williams, Susan Olsen, Ted Lange and Jeff Conaway. The special also features interviews with Van Patten's wife, Pat, and his sons Jimmy, Vince and Tim. The series is developed and executive produced for TV Land by TV Land executive, Sal Maniaci, and is being produced by Craig J. Nevius ("Black Scorpion") of Windmill Entertainment. The show will repeat on Saturday, August 21 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. "Dick Van Patten is one of the most well-liked stars on television," explains Sal Maniaci, Vice President, Development and Production, TV Land. "We wanted to invite viewers to see what Dick Van Patten is really like, away from the cameras, as we capture his love of life, his penchant for betting and his sense of humor." TV Land Productions was created in 2003 to create original programming that complements the network's successful acquired programming slate. TV Land Productions is headed by Sal Maniaci, Vice President of Development and Production, TV Land and Nick at Nite. In addition to this production, TV Land Productions has also produced The TV Land Awards Show: A Celebration of Classic TV (March 2003 and 2004) and the Emmy-nominated The Dick Van Dyke Show, Revisited, the network's first original special for broadcast, which premiered on CBS in May before being shown on TV Land. For more information about TV Land's original Wednesday night line-ups, visit www.tvland.com. |
