Do you know how long this show was on, and what network originally aired it? If possible, I just might be able to get the studios to put this show on DVD.

It ran from 1954-1956 on NBC. I saw a couple episodes of it on the old Nostalgia Network about 5 or 6 years ago. Its not laugh out loud funny but it had a gentle appeal that a lot of the 50's sitcoms had. Also Frances Bavier who later played Aunt Bee on the Andy Griffith Show was a regular.
