Well we know AITF ruled the first half of the 70's and HD was popular during the last half of the 70's. I'm a fan of both shows and i give AITF the slight edge because Fonzie was a little too cartoonish for me. AITF had one bad season while HD had 5 so AITF WINS!!

That's a tough one. I'm a fan of both shows. I guess I have to go with All in the Family. I liked Archie more than the Fonz. TvSHOW, are you going to buy Happy Days season 1 in August? Season 1 wasn't one of my faves, but I haven't seen the show in almost 2 years so I'm definitely buying season 1.

HD just seemed more LIVELY after season 2. It was too dry and boring with the around the clock opening credits. I hate seasons 1 and 2 |

Happy Days
It's funny that you don't like Fonzie because he's "cartoonish", but prefer the later seasons. Which, on the whole, are a lot more cartoonish than the first 2 seasons (which are the best, IMO) |

If you watch, you can see that Fonzie is less "cartoonish" in the early seasons. |
