Default Michael Learned

I was watching Who's the Boss the other night and there she was. I'd totally forgotten that she was in the spinoff Living Dolls. It looked weird seeing her in a sitcom and in a more modern character than Olivia Walton.

it's weird when u c any1 from anther show such as:

Matthew Perry (Friends) on WTB
Lisa Kudrow (Friends) on Cheers
(when Nick @ Nite did the "Before They Were Friends"-counting down 2 the Friends finale) There r sum others from other shows

Wow Michael Learned is an attractive actress. Her modern look definitely brings out her beauty. Even in the later years in her portrayal of Olivia Walton her beauty was showing more and more. Given The Waltons was during the depression era it lended themselves to have the look of that era.

She discusses it here. She was uncomfortable and confused by what they wanted. They sold the part to her as a hardnosed NYC modeling agency head but then wrote the character to be like Charlotte Rae on The Facts of Life.

Eventually, the producers wrote her off the show for a few episodes, and cast Marion Ross (Happy Days) as her sister - to see if Marion could act like Charlotte Rae.

By the time Ross competed her third episode, the network cancelled the show.

She said that Halle Berry collapsed on set one day, but she didn't say why she collapsed.

It was around this time that Halle Berry was diganosed with Type 1 diabetes and was said to have spent seven days in a diabetic coma.
