Default A guy who likes soaps

I like soaps and I am a guy. Is that so worng? Any ways One Life To Live And Days Of Our Lives is my favorits. But this thing on DOOL is getting on my nerves,so who is keeping the dead alive
and being captive on a island? And I wish Sammy would just be more nicer, I know her and Kate won't be friends, but mabe if they just try to be sociable to one another.but mabe this will be all a dream, Who knows.

On OLTL. I always did not like Starr and now she has a bf,such a young age even to think about boys, I hope the writers don't have her and her bf having sex, that would be one of the worst things that they can do. In my opioin. At least Vicky And Dorian are talking, mabe for good, but you never can tell aboutt hose two, today was Bens memorial.

Night time soaps.

Queer As Folk is one of them and is a favorite also
I have not seen it this season, because I Don't have Showtime, but I did watch the DVD from last season. Has any one wacth it lately? Also what do you think about the people who are playing the caraters?

Speaking as a woman, I have to say it's nice to run across men who are into soaps. There's nothing wrong with a guy who enjoys watching them. My grandfather used to watch All My Children and General Hospital with me every day when I was out of school. He was hooked!

i grew up with :
days of our lives
the doctors
the edge of night
the young and the restless
dallas
flamingo road
knot's landing
soap
from here to eternity
texas
search for tomorrow

later on, i got into:
general hospital
dark shadows
port charles

i get razzed all the time if the subject comes up. i come back with that "it makes more sense than macgyver and stupid ballgames". there is not rule that they are for women. never been a woman, and never plan on being one. but these shows have been a great part of entertainment my whole life. nothing wrong with that.

I am guy and I watch just Days of our Lives, actually, almost ever single person in my family watches it. I have been watching it since I was 7 years old, when my mom used to watch it.

Either during the OB airing on ABC, or on the SN rerun, at SOME point in the day, I *Always* catch AMC. Besides that, I'll watch others if I'm in the mood (Obviously, I wind up catching OLTL a lot...)

When I was at the dentist, somebody mentioned a male doctor they know who never misses General Hospital. They said he won't see anybody while it's on. It looks like you're in plenty of good company.

I've been watching Soaps forever. I remember watching The Young & the Restless and Dallas with my mom when I was a kid.

Right now, the only daytime soap that I watch is Days of Our Lives and have since 1995. I've also periodically watched Another World when it was first on and Sunset Beach and Passions briefly when they first began and General Hospital for a short time in the mid-90s.

Other than that, I'm addicted to SoapNet, I watch Dallas daily, and try to catch Knots Landing and Dynasty whenever I can.

I just wish they hadn't taken off Falcon Crest.
