“What You Want” Season 1 to be released:???

Theme song: a section of The Rolling Stone’s “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”
Ending Theme: non-singing parts of above song
Laugh-track: None
Genre: Sitcom

Synopsis: A young hippie (Dave Gentile) in 1969 moves out of his home to, against his own expense, live NYC because his parents are afraid of him moving to a quiet area all alone…where he can “mellow out.” He meets two other people (Lisa Simmons, laid back yet goofy, and Richard Anderson, the bad, yet loveable boy) and an uptight, hard worker (Tom Johnson). Once they all settle in together, things get strange and hectic due to their differences, (especially with Tom), not to mention Dave’s parents continuously butting in and refusing to accept the fact that their baby has grown up (Mr. Henry Gentile and Mrs. Harriet Gentile and his younger sister Molly Gentile). Despite the circumstances, the four become good friends.
