I like to think I get most of the jokes on the show but the phrase "Krugel, Fras and Allen" from the episode "Death becomes Him" has me stumped. Anyone have an answer?

I don't recall the episode offhand, or the context in which the line appeared, but I'd guess it's a play on the title of a popular children's TV show from the 1950s (I think) called Kukla, Fran and Ollie. That seems like a pretty obscure reference, though, even for Frasier.
