Sorry didn't mean to get your hopes up, but i saw that on July 3rd and 4th TVland is hosting a 48 hour marathon of Flip wilson.
Hopefully it will include the show/shows that Freddie was on. It would be worth it to check the programing and episode guide at Tv land to see if they will air them and if so, when so we can have our VCR's ready

OMG I have to have my VCR set. OMG, I LOVE FLIP WILSON!!!!! I hope they have Freddie on, but even so.... OMG FLIP WILSON!!!!

Well I finally got over to the TVLand site to get the schedule for The Flip Wilson Show marathon. I couldn't remember (my memory hasn't been that great lately) whether or not Freddie ever appeared on the show. I know there was that one publicity shot he did with Flip dressed as Geraldine, but I don't think that was actually from the show. Well I couldn't find Freddie's name listed anywhere on the schedule. I see they will be running the show three times a day after the marathon, I might do my taping then, since I really can't tie up the family TV all weekend. Plus I still need to get more tapes! LOL

I love this show and will tape it in spite of the fact that Freddie must not have appeared on it. Flip did have some great guests on tho.

that in shelly winters bio, her first one, she said that while on hiatis from his show Freddie appeared on the flip wilson show and they did a spoof on her movie the posieden adventure, done in a laundramat and a washing machine over flowed

I dunno, is TV Land showing all the seasons?

I was unaware that his show was only 30 minutes long, most variety shows were an hour....

In the picture you posted, that looks like either Lola Falana or Dianne Carolle in the skit.... Maybe it wasn't from Flip's show but from another variety show that both Freddie and Flip appeared in....

Too many unanswered questions..... Any answers out there???

In the book she said there was another lady...but i couldn't remember tha name i really think it was for the flip wilson show tho.
I certainly don't mean to raise false hopes though
