Perhaps you are already aware of this, but most of the shows on your want list have come out on DVD, to some extent. Like most people, you probably want to save money and trade, etc. But just in case, here is what I know:

The Shield Season 1 & 2
Nip/Tuck Season 1 coming soon
Will & Grace Season 1 & 2
Saved by the Bell Seasons 1 & 2

all of these titles are available to buy, or will be in the near future. Some I have seen with quite affordable prices.

By the way, The Shield is a great show, isn't it? I fell in love with it from the first episode, and have never stopped watching it! Unfortunately, I have never taped the show because I was aware early on that the DVD sets were coming out.
