Jamie Foxx & Tom Cruise's Collateral Movie - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I saw previews for this new movie yesterday. The movie is about Jamie is a cab driver & Tom is a serial killer. Tom Cruise makes Jamie ride him around New York city & kill people. This movie looks good. It comes out August 6th & it's directed by Michael Mann who also directed Jamie in Ali movie with Will Smith. Tom Cruise has his hair gray in this movie. They made him look old. I thought i'd never see Tom play a killer.

If Cruise is making Foxx drive around so he can kill people, somewhere Foxx will probably get blamed for something!

How u figure Jamie will get blamed for driving Tom around killing people? Cause he's black? LOL. Jamie has a new movie out that came straight to video a few weeks ago called Shade with Sylvester Stallone & Thandie Newton. It has something to do with playing cards at a casino & taking advantage of a wealthy card dealer. It sounds boring to me. There are some other well known actors in the movie but i can't think of their names. I'm surprised Jamie is playing in something like this but i'm starting to see that Jamie is showing his versatility & he's not only playing in black movies.

Jamie's definately not one dimensional! I realize that when I saw Any Given Sunday.

This lightweight sitcom is not at all indicative of his talents. This guy has serious acting skills. I saw a bit of him in Ali, and he was better than Will Smith. He seems to have real skills. Who would've thought it from him playing Wanda in In Living Color?

I think that the movie looks great. You cant go wrong with Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx - two great actors.
