My favorites are:

The Bigger Jigger (Mama's Family)
Rosie's on M*A*S*H
Mario's on Taxi
Charlie's Bar on The Jeffersons (I think they referred to that as a "lounge" but there was a bar in it)
and even though its not a sitcom:
The Boors Nest on Dukes of Hazzard

Although I hate the show...

Cheers! The bar was the best, although, IMO, is wasnt a great show.
