Can you believe it's been 10 years? Which jury delivered the REAL verdict, the criminal or the civil? What were you doing 10 years ago when this happened?
Will OJ ever be branded as anything other than a killer who got away with it? |

I was in my room in front of the TV when the police chase interrupted the program I was watching. I always have believed that he had something to do with it. If he didn't commit the murder himself he knows who did. JMO

I was in third grade when this happened. I never followed it then. A classmate of mine asked me if I thought OJ was innocent and I didn't know what to say because I knew nothing about it.
It wasn't until my second semester of college when I learned more about the case. My professor knew everything about it. The DA botched the case and OJ's "Million Dollar Defense" capitalized on it. It's unfortunate. When the instructor said that if he was on the jury, he would have to put in a vote of "not guilty" I didn't understand why if he believed he was not innocent. It turns out that jurors can't vote from the heart. They have to vote based on what was presented to them in the trial, not on what they personally believe. Otherwise there would be many convictions. It's called "jury nullification." I can't say for sure whether he is guilty or not. If he did commit those murders, then I would hold the DA and the prosecution just as accountable for his acquittal. |

I had just finished 3rd grade -- I didn't watch much TV that summer, I don't think.

You may be a "moderator" but you are not God! How do you know he is a double murderer?
There was certainly evidence that pointed to him, but also much that did not! As a person who watched almost all of the trial, I feel the prosecution did not make their case, and that the jury made the proper verdict! |

Evidence that pointed to him? I'll say. Both victim's blood in and on the double murder's car and house.....his blood at the murder scene. Yeah, I'm way off. ![]() Here's a recent thread with 3 pages of people trashing the double murderer. I suppose they think they're God too. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/...hreadid=111246 |

I was 22 years old. 10 years ago on the day of the murders I found out I was pregnant. I'll never forget it. I won't forget watching the car chase on TV either. What a weird mixed emotion day I had then. |

You say "God Bless America." Well our God-given American system of justice worked for a change. The jury spoke and rendered a just verdict. While playing God and judging him, it is interesting that you apparently know more about the case than the jurors did!

The OJ case isn't the only case in history where people don't agree with the verdict. I dont agree. Well I do with the civil one. I wasn't on the jury, it's just what I believe. Janice can believe whatever she wants and state so in her opinion. it doesn't change the verdict from years ago. |

The civil trial didn't fail though as they delivered the right verdict. Every dime the double murder makes for the rest of his life goes to the Brown and Goldman families. Not to worry though because he'll never make it into the entertainment mainstream. We won't be seeing him on Leno or Letterman anytime soon. He's a pariah. God Bless America....except the double murderer. God will take care of his ass in due time.
