"Fixing Our Parents"
Starring Valerie Harper, Leslie Neilson, Charlie Sheen, Courtney Thorne-Smith, Molly Ringwald, Jennifer Aniston, David Faustino, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Tom Selleck

Valerie Harper and Leslie Neilson play Brenda and Carl Sweeney. A couple celebratign their 40th wedding anniversary, but then during the celebration announce their decision on getting a divorce. Carl and Brenda's kids: Randy Sweeney (Sheen), Teresa Sweeney-Hanks (Thorne-Smith), Rebecca Sweeney-Lambert (Ringwald), Jodie Sweeney-Finnerty (Aniston), and Tim Sweeney (Faustino) try to get their divorcing parents back together before their divorce becomes final. Randy, Teresa, Rebecca, Jodie, and Tim have several sit-downs with their parents (either individually or as a group or as part of a group). The kids have their ups and downs of working together and trying to keep their parents from being divorced after 40 years of marriage. The reason why they want a divorce is being they both have been having affairs for years: Carl with her secretary, Hillary (Jamie Lee Curtis) for the past 15 years. Brenda with Carl's bachelor cousin, Frank (Tom Selleck) for the past 30 years; and that Tim isn't really Carl's son, he was Frank and Brenda's son. Tim or any of the other kids had no idea of Tim being Frank's son, only Brenda, Frank, and Carl knew.
