Default Favorite Alice In Chains song?

What is your's? I don't have one. They made a bunch of classics and a bunch of them are catchy. They could get in my head a long time.

am I the only person who hated the way Layne Staley's death was treated as an afterthought by the media... the same media that hyped Lisa Left Eye Lopes' death (who died about a week later) as if it was another Elvis/Lennon. The worst part was when Carson Daly was so publically shaken over Left Eye, yet HE WORKED IN ROCK RADIO WHEN AIC WERE IN THEIR PEAK and he never said a damn thing about Layne's death. Sellout

I've only been a fan of Alice In Chains since a few months ago. I think I read by somebody on this board or another site that they treated his death badly. That really sucks. Just because he wasn't active in music a few years doesn't mean it doesn't matter to treat him like that. They were a popular band right up to their last album. I didn't know about Carson Daly doing that. That sucks.I don't care if the media treated Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez's death like Elvis or John Lennon died because she was very popular and she was active music.I'm not a fan of her, but a popular singer who died should get good treatment, but it's stupid to not treat Layne Staley with the same respect.

well, I generally think of AIC and TLC as contemporaries, both of them were in their peak in popularity around the same time (1994-1996), so I usually think of them as from the same era... so that was why I was shocked when Layne's death was treated as a "oh, who cares" while Left Eye's death was treated as if it was up with Elvis and Lennon

True, so it doesn't make any since they treated them differently. They both had a big impact.
