Post Jump The Shark: Diff'rent Strokes.

When did you think DS jumped the shark? I think it did when Kimberly left. I mean, take the best character out of a show, and keep it going? Stupid idea!

When Kimberly left it went down hill. I didn't really mind Maggie coming into the series, but Sam was kind of on the annoying side....

Anthony Starke
Tim McGraw
Jonathan Crombie

Lumpy: Did you go out for anything, Dud?

Dudley: Well, I went out for football, but I got my finger stepped on, so my mother made me quit.

Eddie: Well listen-- I went out for basketball and I got my hair pulled, and my mother made ME quit.

Dudley: It's not that I was afraid of getting hurt or anything; it's just that-- well, it's kind o' hard to play the flute with a busted finger.

It jumped with Maggie #1 coming on the show with her cute son Sam. She married Mr D and the show became curious that.

Is it true that there was an episode in which Arnold caught Mr. Drummond peeking in on Kimberly taking a bath? Someone said this on Jump the Shark, but I have a hard time buying it. If its true, what is the episode number?

That was a rumor and I don't think it has any truth to it.

Anywho, I think it jumped the shark when Mr. Drummond remarried but DS was a good show overall.

Take care,
Tanya.

It's just not Diff'rent Strokes without Kimberly, Arnold, and Willis. It definatley jumped the shark when Kimberly left!

I also think it jumped the shark when Kimberly left.
