Question How was "The Stepford Wives"?

I was just wondering how this movie was. I'm a big Faith Hill fan, so I was thinking of seeing it just for her, but when I saw the commercials, it actually looked really good. Did anybody see it yet?

I saw it today and I did like it. It was quite different from the original, though. Even though I liked it, I can definitely understand why some people would not.

Oh my god, I REALLY liked that movie. I saw it with my two friends and they liked it too. I highly recommend it.

I didn't see it yet so i can't say. But i really feel bad because i didn't know if anybody knew this before, John Cusack was orignally gonna play the character that Matthew Broderick played and his sister Joan Cusack was gonna play the part Bette Midler played. Both had to drop out because this movie was made the time there father was sick and passed away. I think they probably did a good job filling there rolls.

Spend your movie money wisely, go see "Saved!" instead. I sneaked into "Stepford Wives" after watching "Saved!," and couldn't even make through the ending of the film. It is worth a rental though... I'll give it that.

Ugh...that's horrible. I knew that John was supposed to have a part, but I didn't know that was why he left.

I'm glad you liked it...the reviews on MSN were really bad.

I would ignore that. Most of the time I highly disagree with reviews. Faith doesn't have a really big part in it, but her character is cute.

Yeah, I read about her character in CW...she said she definitely didn't carry the movie or anything. I figured...what a great cast!

The critics on MSN are usually pretty on-the-ball. Most of the time, I agree with what they say, but sometimes they're way off, so I'll try it. What the heck?

My post contains SPOILERS, so if you haven't seen the movie, please scroll past my post.

The ending of the movie didn't make any sense, however. All throughout the movie, you were led to believe that the women were robots. The ending however, made you think they were the real women with microchips inplanted in their heads. Confusing

I liked it. I thought it was kind of weird, but it was pretty good.
