Default Which Version of the Theme Song Do You Like?

I watched every opening of "Family Ties" that has theme songs by different people. Can you tell us, which version of the theme song do you like?

I'm probably in the minority, but I liked the first version better.

I chose the Johnny Mathis version better than the Danny Tufano one. I love Johnny Mathis and I have a whole bunch of albums on vinyl.

I prefer the Johnny Mathis and Denise Williams one. It might be because I'm more used to it (I started watching the show on TV Land in the later seasons). Since I like singing along to it, and the tune is slightly different in the two versions, now that the first season is on TV Land, I always mess up when trying to sing along.

I like them both, honestly. If I did have to choose, I have to say the first one. Not sure why, but I do.

I like the Johnny Mathis version better. They are both good though.

The second version is more complete and melodic. It could've been a number one single hit for all we'd know... really turned the "tune" into a proper song.

Either way Family Ties theme is one of the best ones EVER!!! Plus Denise Williams' voice is just legendary for the 80's.
