Default Comedy Hour?

A few months ago, I remember reading that the Comedy Hour was airing on Sunday mornings. Now that most of the 48-hour marathons are out of the way, is it coming back?

I admit that I did like the Green Acres marathon, but Gunsmoke and Bonanza? I know everyone has different tastes, but I don't know a lot of people who enjoy those shows. I would much rather watch a classic sitcom (especially any Lucille Ball show) than westerns. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Thumbs down

yeah Gunsmoke is one of those shows that if you turn it on in the middle of the episode your lost inlike ILL or LDCH cause with ILL and LDCH after like 2 minues another subject normally appears and your not lost I wish that tv land would pick up its lost mind and realize that practically throwing out ILL and the LDCH is gonna loose a ton of viewers! anywho why are there amrathons anyways i dont mind the twice is nice but 2 days of the same show is so freakin dull! zzzzzzzzzzz(I want to fall asleep when I see gunsmoke and all those crappy westerns there stupid in a way they drive me crazy ..well I already am but they drive me crazy even more! if that is possible! lol ) well anywho if we could vote for if I Love Lucy and LDCH could come back for every day about 4x a day I would vote yes

--------------- Hi I am new here and I hope that I can meet some new people here that are nice and so far every single one of you are friendly and I just wanted to say what I thought and say HI!

Yes I agree! Very well said. One of the few reasons I even watch TVLand is because of Lucy! Come to think of it that's the only reason!

Default WELL....

well come to think of it tho' I have to admit that there are some good shows on 2 like andy griffith, green acres, the monsters, the adams family...but I mean westerns just sayinf western make want to go NIGHT NIGHT lol! It is now like on regular TV all these stupid reality shows I want to go back to those grand 50-60's shows where parents had no worry about what there kids were watching on TV
I heard this one story I dont know it word for word but it was sorta like this:
I always lived in a small town with no worry of what was goin on cause nothin bad was happening until this stranger came to our town he was nice at first and like everyone else my family allowed him to come in like I said he was really nice at first but after about a month of getting welcomed in our wonderful friendly loving home he started showing us rude stuff my mom insisted that we throw him out but my dad and brother were so drawn in to him teaches them some tings and showing them a TON of ..well crude stuff oh yeah I forgot to tell you his name well we dont know his real name but we like to call him out family T.V.

I hope you liked that story..now I know like in the 50-60's it was mostly good stuff but staring in the 70-80's it started gettin to where each how had at least 2 cuss words and crude remarks and I just pray that if anything the TV would get back to normal! cause I am sick of seeing on every single channel someone in a hot tub making out..ETC! wellI am gald tho' that TVLAND is still here to cheer me up and I am gald I have all the ILL episodes to cheer me up also well I thought I should tell my other feelings \

Lucy: Oh, gee, Ethel, thanks...Its times like these when you know what friends are for.
Ethel:If I had known this is what friends where for Id have signed up as an enemy.

I hope TV Land brings it back too! They took it off so abrubtly! It was kinda random...

If TV Land filled it's line up with I Love Lucy, Lucy Desi Comedy Hour, The Lucy Show, Dick Van Dyke, and Mary Tyler Moore, it would be the best channel on the air!!!
