"Summerland" - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

As you probably know, I will watch "Summerland" on my DVR right after I'm watching "Full House". Lori Loughtin is still in it. I hope I will watch it. Here's a review. Do you like the show "Summerland"?

I was thinking to myself after watching the pilot how much the Ava character (Lori's role) is like the role of John Stamos in the Full House pilot. She is certainly like the female "uncle Jesse" as far as caring for her recently-deceased sibling's children while being used to living the life of a single, free-caring person. The only difference I see in this show (or is it a series? I can't tell on the shows nowadays!) is that Lori is taking the kids into her home as opposed to Jesse moving into Danny's home.

I didn't see this show but it sounds alot like a movie i saw called Raising Helen it was a really good movie. It's about Kate Hudson taking care of three kids after her sister-in law and brother in law die in a car accident.

This second episode came out last night at 9:00 p.m. ET. It depends what timezone you're in. But this second episode will repeat two other times. Tomorrow evening (not sure about the time) and on Sunday evening as well. It's on the WB, so check your local WB station.

Me too. I saw it last night on my local WB (WPIX) last night. I hope I like to see another episode next week.
