"the Guidance Office" is about a high school's guidance counselors in the school's guidance office. The people in the guidance office are: Grace Foster (Bette Midler), Sarah Stone (Sarah Jessica Parker), and Kate Marsden (Kathy Najimy). Grace Foster is another guidance counselor, who's been doing it for 24 years and loves helping others. Grace is kinda like the "head counselor" who deals with the most important issues and concerns. Grace and her ex-hubby, Frank Morris divorced nearly 210 years old. Frank and Grace had two kids together: Heather Morris (Jennie Garth) and Melanie Morris(Tori Spelling). Grace remarried after being divorced for 5 years to Glenn Foster (John Ratzenberger). They have no kids together, but Glenn has two kids from his previous marriage to Christy (Suzanne Somers). Christy and Glenn had two sons, Michael Foster (Ashton Kutcher) and Jeremy Foster (Jason Biggs). Sarah Stone is the newest guidance office secretary, who can relate to most of the kids due to the closeness in age. Not to mention most high school boys want her and most high school girls want to be her. Sarah is engaged to her fiancee of 2 years, Craig Daniels (David Schwimmer). Kate Marsden is another guidance couselor who has kids of her own at the school and they prefer not to talk to their mom about their problems. Kate has a total of three kids with her husband of 18 years, Mike (Tim Allen). Their kids are Justin, 16, Brittany, 15, and Corey, 12.
