In today's episode about the blind dates, I noticed a timeline error. Laverne speaks of "Star Trek" a couple of times during the show. This episode is clearly set in 1965, based on the calendar hanging in the kitchen; however, "Star Trek" did not premiere until September of 1966. So how can Laverne watched a show that would not debut until a year later? Tsk Tsk....

They made the same type of error in "The Bardwell Caper". They mentioned "Mission: Impossible" several times, even though "MI" didn't premiere until the fall of 1966.
