Rozelle Gayle was the guy who gave Fred the Elephant instead of rent and he also was the cop who was living with Fred and Lamont so he could arrest a guy living in the Sanford Arms.

I like the episode when he played the cop. I love the look on Fred's face when he saw him coming out of the kitchen with that huge tray of food.
