Has anyone besides me even HEARD of this singer? She did a load of songs for the old cartoon series The Raccoons in the late 80s as well as voicing one of the characters called Lisa Raccoon.

In the early 90s she released two of her own albums; World Love and later Peace and Harmony. She's Canadian and the albums can be semi hard to find although I managed to pick one up on Amazon Zshops and another on eBay for a really good deal. Both albums are filled with early 90s dance music, mostly very good.

The best song is Won't Give Up My Music (from P&H) and it was released as a single along with a few others. I ran a check up on Lisa to see what she's doing now, she's pretty much disappeared of the face of the Earth since the mid 90s. One of the last things listed was that she was working as a backing singer for Celine Dion and I hear she lives in Chicago and is married with one child, possibly more. She seems to be one of those REALLY rare singers who NOBODY knows of (apart from maybe the Racoons show) let alone is a fan of. Shame, her albums are good.
