I found the official Malibu, CA website that was advertised at the end of the closing credits. Of course, I had to use the Internet Archive to retrieve it. This is from December 1998, which would've been sometime after the start of Season 1:

It's pretty much what you would expect from how websites looked like in the '90s. It was up as late as December 2001, which would've been over a year and a half since Malibu, CA aired its final episode.
