Default Vina, a crewmember on the SS Columbia?
In the ST:TOS first pilot The Cage, Number One mentions Vina was a crewmember on the SS Columbia (which crashed 18 years earlier). What in the world did Vina do on the ship?

The Star Trek Encyclopedia just says that Vina "was a crewmember aboard the USS Columbia" but doesn't mention what her job was.
Hmmm.
So I'm guessing she was a stewardess or something.
