I met Dana-1987-in the small Northern California town that I lived in. We became aquainted one evening and arranged to meet for the following evening. I wasn't a Diff'rent Strokes fan and so knew her only as Dana until that next day. Dana claimed her own special, exclusive place in my thoughts and heart forever. I've written a remembrance of and tribute to Dana for all to read. If you would like me to send it to you, please write to<kittflynn@oro.net>.

I just wanted to tell you guys to check out this story by Kitt. It's really a touching and sad story. I emailed him for a copy of the story and we've been emailing each other. He's a really nice guy. So if there are any Dana Plato fans out there or just some people who are curious of what Dana was like, this is worth reading. Kitt's a lucky guy to have met her and I definately envy him.
R.I.P. Dana, we miss you!! |

I read the story also and it touches your heart. He has such a way of expressing his time with Dana. Email Kitt and let him send you the story.

Thanks Jenny. Dana was the inspiration. I'm fortunate that she gave me the story to tell.

I also have read Kitt's story. When I read this story, it definitely was
very touching. When I read it, I began to understand Dana a little bit more. If you want to learn a bit more about Dana, I highly recommend you read this story. The story gave me a new perspective on Dana Plato. |
