Its like the halloween episodes. Like, last night they showed the halloween episode from 1991- "Trick Me Up, Trick Me Down" but they didn't show the halloween episode "BOO"- Roseannes first halloween episode which is one of my favorites. Its No Fair

Crystal: How do you like your marshmallows, Roseanne?
Roseanne: Like my men, crispy on the outside and stuck to the end of a fork

Becky: No one could eat this crud.
Dan: Hey, if you don't finish your crud, you're not gonna get any crap for dessert.

Dan: [to D.J] Eating cardboard can ruin your life. You could end up in the street living in a box. Then you'll eat the box, and you'll be homeless.

I'm really disappointed that they are skipping episodes as well. I remember really wanting to see the "Santa Claus" episode and was very disappointed when they skipped it.

They also skip christmas episodes as well... they will be skipping Halloween IV... I agree the Halloween episodes are some of the funniest.

Yeah, they skipped 3 episodes.

Skeleton in the Closet
Thanksgiving '94
The Parenting Trap

And for the current showing of Season 8, the following episodes are being skipped.

Halloween: The Final Chapter
The Last Thursday in November
Direct to Video
December Bride
We're Going to Disney World
Disney World War II

And for Season 9, so far, it looks like they're skipping the following episodes. (possibly more will be skipped)

Satan, Darling
Roseambo

Skipping 6 episodes from Season 8 is ridiculous. Skipping holiday episodes is annoying enough, but the non-holiday episodes should all be shown, period. And it looks like Roseambo will never be shown on Nick@Nite...do UPN and Oxygen show it? Last time I saw it was on TBS.

Oxygen does show Roseambo. They show all episodes,
some out of order, but VERY rarely

I must correct myself, Nick@Nite did not skip "Direct to Video" and "December Bride". Sorry for the mistake. These were the last two episodes shown on the most recent marathon, and I hadn't yet watched them on my tape when I posted that info above. Only 4 episodes were skipped from the current Season 8 showing. (2 holiday eps and the 2 Disney eps)

One thing is for sure, when Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas roll around, I'm definitely recording all the Roseanne holiday episodes.

I wish I had Oxygen, so I could catch the episodes that Nick@Nite and UPN sometimes skip. I can't be bothered to order digital cable right now...although whenever we get a free preview of Nick GAS, I become very tempted. Finders Keepers rocks!
