Default Rumor that was started about the last scene in the episode-A $100 For What?

It was said that at the end of this epsode when Janet and Jack was carrying Chrissy upside down out of the party, it was said that they dropped her on purpose once they got outside the room because of how mad Joyce and John was at Suzanne for her contract disputes. Of course Joyce and John denied thet did that. I personally can;t imagine Joyce and John doing something like that.

I heard that rumor on the three's company episode guide at tvtome. I don't believe it for a minute. Even if they did, I wouldn't blame them. They had to memorize two scripts, one with Suzanne, one without Suzanne. TVtome also says "look closely, especially starting midseason, as John Ritter obviously shows his anger and it's hard to get him smiling".

Thumbs up

Despite all that went on on the set, John maintained his professionalism enough to get nominated for an Emmy for his work during that turbulent season. Amazing!

yeah i read that in Come and Knock on Our Door. I think that something happened, like probably they let go of her and had attitudes, but i think that Suzanne Somers took it a little too hard and blew it out of proportion. I doubt that they actually dropped her.

Does anyone have a pic of this scene? I'm finding it hard to picture the scene...

Yeah, I've seen that episode recently and I wonded about that too. I do try to look at the expressions on Joyce's and John's faces during the fifth season eps with Chrissy. It seems to me like they do a fair job of hiding their anger. Just my opinion though.

From "Raising Dad" a short lived sitcom with Bob Saget of "Full House" fame.
