Cool Fran's styles

Hey!

I'm not sure if this was discussed here before but since Kristen mentioned in the "Pen Pal" thread that she likes Fran's hair style in third season I was wondering what your favorite Fran styles are? What dresses do you like and what hair styles do you prefer and so on? I always thought that they had cool wardrobe for the cast!

I really liked Fran's style in 3rd, 4th and 5th season. One of my favorites are:

and

I found this one from "Facts of Lice" really clever:

I really liked when they pinned up Fran's hair or when she was wearing those hair ribbons in 4th season.

Other opinions?

Good thread idea, Rill! Fran sure had a lot of hairstyles over the years. (Lauren did, too, but Fran's were much more noticeable!) As I said before, I really like Fran's hair at the beginning of season 3. What I didn't care for was in season 4 when she would have a totally different hairstyle practically every episode!

As for outfits, Fran wore some really great dresses. Of course, I thought she looked beautiful in her wedding gown when she and Max finally tied the knot! Fortunately, she didn't wear the dress she was going to wear back in "The Two Mrs. Sheffields." I hated that veil! LOL

I can't think of any more Fran outfits right now. I'm sure something will come to me later on this topic!

I'm eager to hear with what you'll come up, Kristen! I really love Fran's styles! It's so lively and colorful! I'm usually waiting for the next cool dress while watchin the episodes! It's part of the fun. It was always a surprise to see what she would wear next when I watched the show for the first time.

I didn't care much for the wigs Fran was wearing in 4th season either but I thought some where cool. I liked the ones she was wearing in The Nose Knows for example. I really hated the blonde wig and some others though. But I see why they had to do it. She had better hair styles in other seasons.

I love Fran's outfits. Even though they were a tad on the trashy side, hehe, she always gave them a touch of class. And the woman can wear virtually anything and look Frantastic. I think my favorite outfit of hers is the blue/green/white/black dress she wears in the episode where she and Val visit Heather Biblow in Malibu. That dress is just so awesome. Lol.

As for hairstyles, I love her hair in the earlier seasons. I especially love the way it looks in the episode with Erik Estrada, after it's been flattened out by the motorcycle helmet. Lol. And it looks great in "Pen Pal," too. I couldn't stand it when she started wearing all those ridiculous wigs. If I had such a thick gorgeous mane, lol, I certainly wouldn't wanna hide it under all those wigs. Hehe.

I'm like Rill who likes Fran style of clothes during seasons 3, 4, and 5 and I love the dress from the 1st picture of Fran. The only thing I didn't like was some of the wigs that Fran wore.

I didn't like Fran's style of clothing, her hair,or her makeup in the early episodes, especially the pilot-that red dress was hideous.
I think she looked so much hotter as the show went on,when she changed her hairstyles, started wearing the sexier outfits and ditched the bright red lipstick, and rouge.
I want Fran Fines wardrobe! I loved most of her outfits, especially the short skirts with the black or brown boots that went over her knee-they were really sexy! I think Fran is such a beautiful woman, and i also think she has a pretty smile and really great teeth.

I liked Fran's style from the third season, onwards.
She had the sexiest outfits, and her hair and makeup always looked gorgeous, but lets face it,Fran Drescher is a gorgeous woman.I used to love watching The Nanny to see what Fran wore next.

Fran is so pretty!!! I love her outfits, her hair, and shes got the straightest, whitest and prettiest teeth i have ever seen! I didn't like her outfits in the earlier episodes, esepcially in the pilot, and her hair was TOO big in some of the earlier episodes, and i hated the excessive blush on her cheeks and bright red lipstick. She looked prettier when she toned down the makeup.

Here are some of my favourite fran looks:

I liked Frans headbands (not hot on the orange daisy carol-brady outift though)

I love this red dress!

I love the feminine sailor suit.I think the white jacket and miniskirt looks great, and i love the hat.She looked so pretty.

I love her dressing gown here

This dress was absolutely beautiful

Fran Drescher is just a stunningly beautiful woman and looked fabulous in everything.I loved the pink and black leather outfit she wore in the episode where Chester gets kidnapped. On anyone else it would look trashy, but Frannie pulls it off.
Here it is: Fran in 'Fransom'

Lovely Fran always melted my heart when she wore her hair long. But she looked wonderful with just about any hairstyle.

Of course, I howled right along with all the guys in the studio audience every time she made that famous "walk of glamor" down the stairs. DEEP SIGH!
