PRIME summer schedule, effective May 31, 2004

PRIME TV Canada is shuffling their mid-afternoon weekday lineup in what will probably be a temporary shakeup until the fall. Out for the time being will be "The Beverly Hillbillies" and "I Dream Of Jeannie", relegated to the digital wasteland called DejaView. The new schedule will take effect Monday, May 31st and will look like this:


12:00 pm Three's Company
12:30 Bewitched
1:00 All In The Family
1:30 All In The Family
2:00 Roseanne
2:30 The Cosby Show
3:00 Bonanza
4:00 The Dick Van Dyke Show
4:30 Dragnet (1968 version)
5:00 The Price Is Right

6 to 9 Don't ask. It's not that great.

9:00 Entertainment Tonight
9:30 The Golden Girls
10:00 MASH
10:30 MASH


The good news is the return of Dick Van Dyke, no doubt helped by the high ratings generated by the reunion special last week. It's nice to know that TV networks pay attention once in a while...and who can complain about adding "Bonanza" to this group, except they had to take out 2 of my favorite shows to do it? At least the noon hour remains unchanged so it's not a total loss.

That schedule is JUST ok. Not that good but not that bad either.
