The Maggie episodes are my favorites (especially the Mary Ann Mobley episodes).

I loved Mary Anne Mobley too. I loved her accent and thought sge was great when she was grieving over Sam's kidnapping. Pearl messed up when she set an extra plate for Sam at the table forgetting for a minute that Sam wasn't even there.

I think she is very talented, especially at the end of the first part of Sam gets kidnapped when she says to please bring back her son with tears dripping down her face and they freeze with a quiet pause.

Thumbs up

I liked Dixie Carter as Maggie. I really haven't seen any of the other ones.

Well I just found out this morning that Dixie was fired. It turns out that Gary didn't like her. He fired her indirectly.

Dixie Carter just annoyed me, I thought Mar Ann was much prettier and did a better job. I think it was probably a good thing Gary got rid of Dixie.

She annoyed you Jethro? I thought she was good. It's funny because I like Mary Ann Mobley also. Do you think Maggie #2 showed more warmth than Maggie #1? I thought both Actresses were good.

Got a life thanks Mary-Ann, I think it's you who needs to go and get one. By the way, what exactly do you mean by get your facts right?

I did think Mary Ann played the role of Maggie with a lot more love and effection and I just think she's gebnerally a better actress, she also seemed to make the part more believable.

I probably shouldn't have said that about Gary getting rid of Dixie being a good thing but for some reason she just really annoys me!

I think Maggie was alright. Sam was hilarious though! He was a great addition to the show.
