Some people think I'm nuts, but I LOVE a good rainstorm. I hate being out in it, of course

but I do love curling up on the couch with a good book and a cup of tea or hot cocoa and listening to the sound of the rain falling on the roof. I also love watching the thunder and lightening. I think the air smells so nice and clean after a good rain or thunderstorm.

I love rainstorms too, but then again I love almost all kinds of weather. Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Hail, Damaging Wind in a thunderstorm, rain, storms. Don't like flooding too much though. But it's rare for it to do that here.

I love storms: being outside during summer thunderstorms and spring/summer rain, listening to heavy rain on windows, the smell after a good rain storm...

I'm a big fan of bad weather. I like snowstorms, thunderstorms, rainstorms, cold weather, etc. Just not when the weather gets too out of control.

I love thunderstorms! When my son was around 12 years old our favorite thing to do was to sit out on the front porch and watch the storm clouds move in! It was great!

I love a good storm too. As long as I'm not driving in it at least. I never sleep better then I do when it is pouring outside.

The one thing I don't like about storms, is if the power goes out.

Me too! Our power rarely goes out though(since we live in the middle of the city), but our cable/internet can go out for awhile. That's so annoying.

Also, when we lose power, we have no water, since we have a well.

Same here. But our power rarely goes out because where I live the lines are underground. So unless a transformer is hit by lightning we usually don't lose power *knocks on head * I mean wood
