Hey, did you know Lisa Whelchel is having a contest? Reference to this new contest is easy to miss. It's mentioned at her home page of www.lisawhelchel.com at the very bottom (center). There's a photo of Lisa wearing the FOL crew rainjacket with the contest info. I'm not sure, but the rainjacket must be the winner's prize, right? Here's the text:

Tell a friend contest

Tell one new person about my
website and my new book,
"The Facts of Life and Other
Lessons My Father Taught
Me," and then enter your name
at my website. I will randomly
draw the winner's name on
November 28th. Enter as many
times as you like, as long as
you tell someone who doesn't

The jacket is the prize... I talked to Haven about it. Oh, yeah, I'll explain that because I haven't been here in forever. Lisa's daughter, Haven, was in my town with her family (obviously) and she wanted someone to talk to. I am around her age, and I saw her siting down, kind of bored, so I went to talk to her. I didn't know she was Lisa's daughter until she told me why she was there. Anyway, we stay in touch with letters and email when she can get it out. She said the jacket was the prize, and that she can get Nancy's phone number, Kim's phone number, Cindy's phone number, and her own phone number to me if I want it.
