Help me remember a case I saw?

I'm trying to find information on a case I saw on Unsolved Mysteries a while ago.

It is the story of a african american teenager who is found hanging in the woods behind his home. In the segment, his mother is interviewed, and she says that she was sent a a brown envelope containing crime scene photos. She explained that none of the clothes her son was wearing in the crime scene photos are his own. She also said that she was later threatened by mail.

Also, the knot used to tie him up was seemingly too elaborate for him to have done on his own.

Finally, someone seemed to be frantically looking for the teen just hours before his death. This person was later found dead.

I don't know the location of the murder or the name of the teen. I know this is little to no information, but I thought that I would try.

That is the case of Maryland teenager Keith Warren. His supicious death occurred in the summer of 1986. Tragically, his death was among many in which the true circumstances is being covered up. You can find his case listed at the Parents Against Corruption and Cover-up web site.

After looking at the link you provided me I attempted to find other information on the case but was unsuccessful.

I'm a filmmaker and am thinking about doing a documentary about the case because of how intriguing it is.

Do you Kane, or anyone else, have any idea where to start looking as to if there is anything else on the web about the case?

Regrettably, even through google.com, I haven't been able to find anything related to the case, other than the PACC site that I mentioned.
