we have been having real problems with our audio video leads it doesn't matter which connection we have (tv to vcr ,dvd to tv etc)
the leads continually cut out in both sound and picture we only have to touch them and the pic and sound comes back but if we leave them for a moment it goes away again this happens with our cheap leads and the high quality component video leads when i inspected the connection i realised that the center pin of the lead is not a perfect fit for the middle of the socket it rattles around even if the lead and socket are brand new has anybody had this problem and if they have what materials did they use to fix it (conductive tape etc) any help would be greatly appreciated
