Who was right and who was wrong?

In "Family Matters" i have noticed that whenever the kids or someone does something, Carl or someone gets on them for doing that thing and then that person who got on them ends up regretting it, even though all along they were right and the other person was wrong.

Here are some examples:

1) in the episode "Son", Eddie misplaces Carl's screwdriver and Carl understandably punishes him for disrespecting property. Then Eddie sneaks out for a hot date and Carl catches him and punishes him harder, and Eddie is threatening to move out or crying "Dad's Gone Crazy!" Excuse me, Eddie, but you snuck out the house after Carl punished you! Who do you think was right or wrong in this situation?

2) In 'Par for the Course", Harriette gets on Laura for breaking curfew and ended up fetching Laura in curlers and a robe. Laura is like "I'll never forgive you for this, Mom!" Hello, Laura, you broke curfew and it's just no excuse for it. Who do you think was right?

3) In "Old and Alone", Laura invites Daniel Wallace (jerk) over and when Steve comes over, Daniel is like "I can take whatever I want" (which is Laura), and Steve actually stood up for Laura by chasing Daniel Wallace away, and then when Laura finds Steve there and learns what he did, she says "Get out of my life!" I do not understand that sitch! But who do you think was right or wrong?

4) Oh, and in the episode "Hot Rods to Heck", Eddie is inviting his loud and crude friends over and Carl just wanted him to show some respect for others in the household. Eddie was like "f*** you, Dad, I'm a man and I'll do what i want!" I'm like, come on, man! Get real! Carl wanted him to have respect for the house, and Eddie wanted to have a social life, hoever loud and wild it may be. Who do you think was right?

5) Or in "An Officer and a Waldo", Waldo totally ruined Eddie's date and Waldo thinks that Eddie hated him and joins the army. Everyone was getting mad at Eddie for his treatment of Waldo? come on! I mean, Waldo came in the house unannounced and totally kissed Eddie's date in the mouth. Even I would think that was disrecpectful. Eddie had every right to be angry at Waldo, but Waldo stated that Eddie thought he was a good for nothing dummy. (And he is!) who do you think was right?

6) Oh and the episode "Words Hurt", Steve said that Carl made him angry by yelling at him and wishing that he moved away and never came back (which he always says to Steve), but Carl had every right to be mad because Steve messed up his beautiful model boat that he spent a long time doing. I mean, no body does a long-term assignment just to watch it become trash in three minutes, and the family is mad at Carl for this deed. Who do you think was right in this case?

Some things I just do not understand about this show and those are just some fo those things. It always baffled me how these things worked out. And it always seemed like the parents or the friend was always wrong for what they did, but what do you think? What would you have done?

Teenagers always think they're right even when they're wrong. Parents are always right because you live under their roof, even though they may be wrong. That's Life!
