It was a nice ending, the only way to end the show IMO.

I thought yesterday's episode was bogus too. Stanley should've let Nikki marry Johnny yesterday cause there is no way that a man in reality would marry a woman who he can't stand. Solomon u are somethin else talkin about Nikki is big enough to have her own fire escape hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. I wonder why T & Stevie didn't get together yesterday. He should've never broke up with her. Kim has a nice singin voice. I was surprised she could sing like that yesterday when she sang at Nikki's wedding. Johnny cracked me up when he said he ain't paying for Nikki & Stanley's wedding LOL.

I like the way it ended! The prof. knew he liked nikki from the 1st year of the hsow. They couldn't cut her chasing him out because then the show wouldn't have been that funny! That comment that was made about nikki being big was not funny at all!

All 5 seasons of this show need to be thrown in the garbage. There was no eps that led up to the Professor loving Nikki. The Finale was just plain ********

I agree that that it was ******** they way they ended it. He just came out of the blue and decided he love her on her wedding day! It should have led up to that point where he realized that her loved her otherwise it doesn't seem sincere, it was just a impulse move.

i liked the parkers from the 1st to the last eps. but they could have had the prof. fall back in love with nikki when she first found out she was going to get married that would of made it a lil better! that just the way i feel so nobodys should get all mad!

The way it ended seemed as if they thought they would get a 6th season and then realized on short notice that they were ending so they rushed together a finale. There are episodes where Stanley was into her but then he went right back to hating her. Makes you wonder what their marriage would be like. This show was not meant to be anything more than an extremely broad sitcom, though I noticed MoNique was trying to do a bit deeper acting job in the last 3 episodes.

I'm still puzzled by the year-ending cliffhanger where Nikki takes a whole bunch of home pregnancy tests that confirm she's carrying the professor's baby and then she learns that she is not pregnant. That is even more farfetched than Stanley "waking up" in the last 15 minutes of the series and proposing to Nikki.

This show has some watchability but I have to say that it had very bad plotting and writing. Among the worst I have ever seen in a black series.

It was in a the parkers 100th eps. magazine that they didn't know for sure if the were going to end so when they found out the news they had to do something. i think the show ended good for the time they had to come up with it!

I'm sure she might think the same for you! It's funny how people (black) always have something to say about eachother! Some people really need Jesus!

It was ok, I guess. (The ending.) It could've been more convincing, though. And not so predictable.
