Default How many men would have told Donna goodbye when she told you another man proposed to

her? Why would Fred stick around when Donna told him another man is waiting? That was the only dumb Fred Sanford moment of the show.

How 'bout that? So, she was seeing two dudes. Didn't Fred know? A wrong time for her to reveal that she was a freak.

I would've told her to go marry the other guy. After all, they were supposed to be engaged!

Just by discussing this thread, I think this show had some inconsistencies too.

Lamont: "Oh yeah, Donna Harris, the practical nurse. The Barricuda"

Fred: "Don't call her that".

The only 2 people that Donna was involved with during the series was Osgood, the patient that Donna was talking care of (I don't think that Osgood was THAT sick),and Lou Miller, the one who owned a chain of liquor stores and was involved in the Senior Olympics.

Yeah, especially when Osgood was doing his pushup and holding the chair and lighting a cigarette at the same time. Fred said, that ******'s crazy.

And then when Lou Miller was over at Donna's house and Lou was telling how he allowed the wine in the decanter to BREATHE. And then Fred said mockingly, "BREATHE!!!". And then when Lou was describing how long wines last in a decanter, and there at the last he said 60 to 80 years for Bordeaux. And then Fred said,"And 3 days for 7UP." And when Fred asked him to step outside and locked the door on him, that was funny as well.

I agree; her antics with Fred were not very lady like, especially since he proposed to her first...

You have to admit though, Fred had some stiff competition. A junk dealer vs. a ex-judge. Good luck Fred!!

She got to find out what type of man Fred S. really was. He didn't fight for her so he didn't love her.
