It's not only the end of Frasier, it is also the end of the Cheers legacy that started in 1982. 1982-2004 is a loooong time.

The Dateline special airs Tuesday at 9.

The cast will be on Today on Thursday

and the finale will be from 8-10 on Thursday.

Itll be sad to see it go.... its one of my favorite series of all time -- and is definately the end of a legacy.

i am def. watching the finale, and will try 2 catch the other stuff.

i could care less that Friends ended (my opinion, so kill me i really hate when they compare the show to Cheers, or try to say that its better that Cheers), but the fact that Frasier, and the Cheers legacy, is finally ending is really somethin huge

a Cheers reunion or Cheers-SOMETHING has to happen now that Frasier's done. maybe theyll announce something big after the finale ends. (btw...i wonder what the last scene will be like? symbolic, like Cheers'? or since Frasier was a very different sitcom from Cheers, maybe a different, but fitting, ending)

Somehow..the last scene should include The Chair. I mean, it wouldn't be right if it didn't.

I think the series should end with Frasier's final radio show.
And then go to Frasier moving out of his apartment.... but leaving the chair behind.

Its no longer next week....
just 4 days until the end of an era.
the end of a legend.
the end of a legacy.

Correct.

I hope the finale of "Frasier" has closure.
Then -- if the new show is a flop, there's still an "end"

Good or bad -- I completely support a Frasier spinoff.
