My favorite moment is when Peterman roughed up Kramer when he thought he was Elaine's drug dealer.

Off the top of my head I would have to agree with Elaine, when Peterman tossed Kramer out of Elaine's office. He had a lot of very funny lines as well "Dismissed", "To the archives", "Feel free to throw yourself in the mix"(when talking about his lovelife for his book).
