He almost looks like the very last of the Dwarves(The one who contracted Corprus Disease many decades ago). Just put him into some metal spider legs, and he would look like the spider legged corprus Dwarf who dwells in the corprusarium bowels underneath the Telvani wizard tower Tel Fyr.
