Has anyone been able to find the DVD of "Mary and Rhoda"? I can't find it anywhere! I've checked Best Buy, Circuit City, Wal-Mart, you name it and it's no where to be found! If FOX is using this release to determine if they should release Season 2, I will be plenty mad! How the hell can they hope to sell copies of this if nothing is available????

I got my copy at Best Buy, but it wasn't in the television DVD section. It was in with the movies.

Just about everywhere has it. I know for a fact that amazon and Best Buy have it. When you enter their site, do NOT click on any particular section. Rather, simply go to the top and key-in Mary and Rhoda and have it search under the entire store. The DVD should then come up. I hope this helps.

I finally remembered to look for the DVD at Best Buy yesterday. They had 4 copies on the shelf (now they have three!).
I watched it for the first time last night, and except for the punk/new wave/grunge version of her theme song I enjoyed the film. I remember Valerie harper commenting on a talk show some years ago about why Mary's sitcom when she played Mary Brenner, I think she was an editor at a newspaper, didn't do well in the ratings. Valerie said that people expected Mary's character to have grown in her career, and she was doing a similar job as Mary Richards did at WJM. Well, it seems that Rhoda hadn't advanced much in her career either, being a photographer's gopher at her age
